TERMS & CONDITIONS
..for membership with Bridal Workbooks

Pursuant to this binding agreement, advertiser shall pay the Bridal Marketing Group the amount agreed to on the application for the components specified in each package below:

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:

BASIC PACKAGE:

Full color print ad in the specified cities wedding workbook on your application.
2x2 banner ad w/20 word description and link to your website for the specified city on your application.
:90 second audio-commercial to be programmed to play under your online banner ad.

PREMIER MARKETING CAMPAIGN:

Full color print ad in the specified cities wedding workbook on your application.
2x2 banner ad w/20 word description and link to your website for the specified city on your application.
:90 second audio-commercial to be programmed to play under your online banner ad.
Facebook & Twitter inclusion (we post information about your company on our Facebook and Twitter account specifically for the city specified on your application. You're responsible for sending us the information to post.)
Blog inclusion ( we post information about your company on our blog for the city specified on your application. You're responsible for sending us the information to post)
Monthly newsletter inclusion (we include information about your company in the e-newsletter that goes out to brides in the city you specified on your application. You're responsible for sending us the information to post)
Bride Leads (you will receive bride leads that pertain to weddings in the city specified on your application and they will be sent directly to your email.)
YouTube video inclusion (we will post one video of your services/products on the website specific for your city under the category that you specified on your application.)

I understand that I will be receiving a full color ad inside one issue of my cities wedding workbook under the category I specified on the application. I understand that free design services are only included in the Premier Marketing Campaign listed above. For the Basic Package I am responsible for designing an ad specific to ad specifications found here.

Workbooks will be distributed through most major bookstores such as Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble.com, and others as well as through our affiliate program and at selected wedding events throughout the year. The locations are up to the sole discretion of the Bridal Marketing Group.

I understand that results vary from vendor to vendor and that it is my responsibility to supply the Bridal Marketing Group with content about me for inclusion in the blog, Twitter, Facebook, e-newsletter and workbook.

I understand that usage of content and photos supplied by me for use in the wedding workbooks, websites, blogs, newsletters, Facebook and Twitter accounts is up to the sole discretion of the Bridal Marketing Group.

PAYMENT:
The Bridal Marketing Group reserves the right to hold Advertiser and its authorized advertising agent jointly liable for any and all amounts owed.

TRUTH IN ADVERTISING / INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY:
Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to (1) the Advertisement, and/or (2) any material to which users can link through the Advertisement. Advertiser agrees to indemnify The Bridal Marketing Group and to hold The Bridal Marketing Group harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by The Bridal Marketing Group, arising out of or related to Advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

Prmote good will between fellow members
Treat each bride fairly and honestly, providing all contracted services in a timely manner
Use honest and factual advertising
Have a sense of personal obligation to each client
Operate a business that is a credit to the organization and community
Respond rapidly and responsibly to any and all complaints

By making your payment you accept the above terms and agreement as well as agree to follow the above code of ethics.
